DAVID L. SCHWARTZ

Attorney at Law

David is a native of Midwestern Ohio and started The Law Office of David L. Schwartz, LLC to provide exceptional legal services to clients throughout Ohio and Georgia. 

​

David previously worked at a prominent boutique litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where his practice was focused on representing tractor trailer drivers and transportation companies, general business matters, and representing insurance companies in personal injury and insurance coverage disputes. 

While in Atlanta, David also worked for the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia in the Fulton County Business Case Division (Georgia's largest specialized court adjudicating high-dollar and complex commercial and business cases) and devoted a portion of his time to working on criminal appellate filings, serving as a floating Staff Attorney for the entire Superior Court Bench, and as the Staff Attorney for the Court Administrator.

David completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Business Administration at Bluffton University in 2005 and earned his Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in December 2011.  David worked for a Cleveland-based real estate company during law school and spent several years in the Actuarial Department at a national insurance company based in Ohio before enrolling at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

David and his wife, Laura, have two young children and a Golden Retriever named Murphy.  David enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, boating, fishing, and supporting all of Cleveland's sports teams.
